1 12oz can chick peas ½ tsp salt (sea salt) 3 tbsp tahini paste (sesame seed paste) Juice of 1 lemon 1-3 cloves garlic 3 tbsp olive oil
Drain and blend chick peas until completely smooth. Crush garlic with salt, add to peas add tahini sauce and lemon juice. Spread flat and drizzle oil and parsley on top. Serve with pita bread cut into pie w edge pieces. 4’ or 8’s.
