1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. dry white cooking wine
pinch garlic salt (or to taste)
pinch onion salt (or to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in medium sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until warmed through. Add chopped tomatoes for pasta sauce, spoon over chicken or combine with tuna and noodles for a casserole.

Julia states that any cream or cheese sauce is dramatically improved simply by adding dry white wine and pinches of garlic and onion salts. The wine cuts the cloying sweetness and richness of cream sauces and, adds bite and complexity to the flavor.
