1 large lettuce of choice, washed and torn
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/4 cup almonds, slivered
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 package ramen noodles, crushed

Dressing
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar or (Equal or Splenda) to taste
1 package chicken seasoning from noodles

Directions:

Mix all four dressing ingredients until sugar dissolves.
Mix first five ingredients. Pour dressing over salad, toss and serve.
