1 cup brown sugar 1 butter (size of an egg) 1 cup coconut 2 tsp baking powder 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg 1 small bottle cherries Juice from bottle of cherries put into a measuring cup, fill with milk to the make 1 cup 1/2 cup walnuts 2 1/2 cups flour
Add all ingredients, let stand 20 minutes. Bake 45 minutes at 335º
