2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
vanilla to taste
pie crust from scratch
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
nutmeg to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Make a good crust and roll the bottom a little thicker than for a chocolate pie. Mix eggs, sugar, milk, butter, vanilla, and nutmeg together. Bake pie crust until about half done. Pour filling in and bake at 375 until nice and brown. (Take a table knife and put in. If it comes out clean, the pie is done.)
