1 cup sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1 can Hershey's syrup
1 tsp vanilla

Icing:
1 stick butter
1 small can milk
1 cup sugar
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into a greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Glass pan works the best. Bake until toothpick comes out clean.

For icing:
Heat first 3 ingredients over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Boil 2-3 mins. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Let cool. Pour over cake.
