1 (8oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1 pound ground round
1 small onion
1 cup of mixed sweet red and yellow peppers (chunked)
salt and pepper to taste
1 large can of crushed or diced tomatoes
1 - (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to directions on the box. Drain. While the macaroni is cooking brown hamburger, chopped onions, chopped sweet peppers and salt and pepper to taste. Pour tomatoes and tomato sauce in with the drained macaroni and hamburger mixture. Bring to a boil. Place mixture in a casserole dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
