Ingredients:  
One 5 lb, bag red potatoes
Slice 1/4 " slices
Spread on cookie sheet lined with foil and coated with butter
Sprinkle with powdered ranch or any flavor, ie. onion, barbecue, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Bake @ 400 for 30-35 minutes. (425 if slices are thicker)
Can quarter them if small potatoes. Sprinkle with McCormick pepper seasoning if using ranch, or mildly flavored seasoning.
Turn occasionally to brown equally on all sides.
