10 medium potatoes
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped onions, optional
Lawry's seasoning salt to taste
Pepper
May also top with grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cook potatoes with salt. Drain. Mash with a small amount of milk. Add other ingredients and mash well. Put in greased or sprayed casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for approximately 1 hour. May prepare a day ahead and keep refrigerated.
