1 9" pie crust (double crust)

2 c. rhubarb, diced
2 cups strawberries, sliced
6 T. flour
1 1/4 to 2 cups sugar
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the fruits with flour and sugar. Let stand 10 mins. Place the fruit mixture into pastry lined pie pan; dot with the butter. Cover with top crust which has slits cut in it; Bake at 450 for 10 mins. Turn heat down to 350 for 30 mins. Make sure the crust doesn't get too dark.

If crust gets too dark cover edge with 2-3 inch strip of foil to prevent excessive browning.
