4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 c. oil
3 1/2 c. flour
2 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. All Spice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 till a toothpick comes out clean. Makes 6 doz. miniature muffins. Recipe can be halved.

Susan is the wife of Danny Goode, the daughter of Pat (Faircloth) Crow & the late John Bernice Crow. She is the granddaughter of the late Fraser and Louella (Hollenshead) Crow. These are the best muffins I have ever tasted. We made them for Katie's class one year & they were a hit.
