1 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. onion or green onion tips, chopped
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
2 T. sugar
minced garlic or Jalapeno to taste, optional

Directions:

Mix well. Drop from the end of a tsp. into hot oil. These freeze great!!
