1 package (8 ounces) reduced fat cream cheese ¾ cup brown sugar ¼ cup white sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix well and serve with apple wedges. Keep refrigerated.
This recipe came from ISU Extension Service. I have used it with my Restaurant Entrepreneurship class several times and have had lots of great reviews about it. We have served it as a dip for fruit kabobs and also with a fruit platter.
