1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350.

Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and stir into batter. Add raisins and walnuts last.

Drop by tablespoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake in the upper portion of the oven for 10-12 minutes.
