8 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped & drained
1 onion, chopped
1 handful fresh cilantro, torn from stem
4 or 5 jalapenos, chopped
1 T. lime or lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
2 T. minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cilantro, onions & jalapeno in food processor 1st. to get them fine, then add tomatoes & other ingredients. Keep refrigerated.
