Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Ray is the husband of Suzanne (Bass) Hollenshead, the son the late Ray and Fern (Prince) Hollenshead, Sr. & the grandson of the late Charlie & Carrie (Wade) Hollenshead. These are what we eat at the Hollenshead Reunion Fish Fry on Saturday night in Tyler, Texas. This also makes a great batter to coat shrimp to fry.
