1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. hot water
1 T. oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, milk, baking powder, and raisins and pour into baking dish. Dissolve brown sugar, hot water, and oleo; pour over mixture and bake 40 minutes at 375 F. Serve with cool whip.
