2 T. drippings from meat 2 T. flour 1 1/2 c. water salt pepper
Put drippings in skillet on low heat. In shaker add flour and part of the water, shake until smooth. Add to drippings, turn heat up and stir. Add the rest of the water as it thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
