1 lb. pork sausage
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. potatoes, raw, sliced thinly
1/2 lb. cheese, grated
margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage. Mix soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. In large greased casserole; layer potatoes, soup mixture, sausage. Repeat layers again, ending with sausage. Dot with margarine. Bake covered at 350F. for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with grated cheese and melt in oven.
