Swiss steak, cut into serving size pieces onion, chopped green pepper, chopped 1 can Spanish style tomato sauce
Pound flour into meat until pretty flat. Brown. Place in baking pan. Put onion and green pepper on top of meat and pour tomato sauce over the top. Cover. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350ºF. Check periodically and add water if it is drying out.
