Swiss steak, cut into serving size pieces
onion, chopped
green pepper, chopped
1 can Spanish style tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pound flour into meat until pretty flat. Brown. Place in baking pan. Put onion and green pepper on top of meat and pour tomato sauce over the top. Cover. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350F. Check periodically and add water if it is drying out.
