1 can crushed Pineapple, not drained
10 oz frozen Strawberries, crush or cut up
2 Bananas, cut in slices
1 C Sugar or Splenda
1 C 7 up or Sprite, can be diet
12 oz undiluted frozen OJ, thawed
1 T Lemon Juice
