1 (#2) can crushed pineapple (Not drained) 10 oz frozen strawberries, crush or cut up 2 bananas (cut in slices) 1 Cup Sugar or Splenda 1 Cup Diet 7 up or Diet Sprite 12 oz can undiluted frozen OK (thawed) 1 Tablespoon Lemon joice
Mix ingredients and freeze; spoon in bowls and enjoy!
Great for Summertime; low calorie, nutritious snack, not as good as ice cream but almost.
