10-12 c. juice from processed tomatoes
6 cans (6 oz.) of tomato paste
1 medium onion, chopped or 2 T. dehydrated onions
1/4 clove garlic minced or 1/4 tsp. prepared minced garlic
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 heaping tsp. salt (or to taste)
1 tsp. pepper
1 T. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy skillet, place chopped onion, green pepper and olive oil. Sauté until golden brown. In a Crockpot, combine sautéed vegetables and remaining ingredients. Cook for 8 to 10 hours, or until desired consistency is reached, stirring occasionally. Pack cooked sauce in 32 oz. containers and freeze.
