1 C orange juice
1 C fresh lemon juice
3/4 C ketchup
1/3 C vodka
1/4 Tsp hot pepper sauce (or couple of drops depending on your taste)
1/4 C olive oil
1 1/2 lbs. cooked large shrimp, peeled
1 small red onion (about 1 3/4 cups), thinly sliced
1 C cilantro, finely choped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine juices, ketchup, vodka, and hot pepper sauce in a large non-metal bowl. Whisk in oil. Add shrimp, onion, and cilantro and mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours and up to 6 hours. Drain the juices first, then put shrimp and onions on a platter.
