1 3-4 lb. brisket
1 can tomato soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
3-4 carrots, sliced in chunks
3-4 potatoes, quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in dutch oven (large deep baking pan). Put carrots and potatoes around meat. Pour onion soup over, then add can of tomato soup. Pour water over all to cover. Put cover on pan, or cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 for 3 hours. Check occaisionally. If water evaporates, add more to cover.
Slice meat against the grain; serve with gravy and vegetables
