chicken wings, of course
salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, garlic powder
1/4 C water
2 oz. Butter or Marg
2 oz. Marsala Wine

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a baking pan with Pam. Pan should have at least 2" sides. Place chicken in and season with salt, etc.
Add 1/4 cup water to pan and bake at 400 for 35 minutes. Turn wings and re-season. Add a little more water if evaporated.
Melt butter, and combine with Marsala wine. Pour over chicken. Bake for another 30 minutes, or desired doneness.
