1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 oz cognac
1 oz Kahula
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp sugar
1 ice cube
Pinch of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate: whisk in milk. Pour into a snifter. Add Liquors, stir. In a cocktail shaker, shake cream, sugar, & ice for a few seconds. Drizzle creamy mix (without ice) into snifter.
Sprinkle nutmeg

Long enought to melt the chocolate plus a few minutes. Multiply the fixings by the # of servings

When I serve this, it is dessert. I have called it a liquid cookie. It is rich and delicious and great for Christmas Eve.
