Cake:
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. vanilla pudding
1 box graham crackers (not crumbs)
9 oz. Cool Whip
3 cups milk

Frosting:

1 ˝ c. confectioner’s sugar
6 T. cocoa
2 T. butter
3 T. milk
2 tsp. white corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Cake:
Mix pudding and milk until thick, then fold in Cool Whip. Place a single layer of graham crackers in 9x13 pan (do not crush). Pour half of pudding mixture over crackers and spread evenly. Put another layer of crackers over the pudding. Top with the rest of the pudding and end with a layer of crackers.

Frosting:
In small saucepan, heat (do not cook) until dissolved and pour over cake. Spread quickly.
