1 1/2 lbs. fresh asparagus, trimmed
2 c. crushed saltine crackers
1 10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of asparagus soup
1 10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. slivered almonds
4 ounces American cheese, cut into cubes
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine asparagus, crackers, soups, almonds, cheese and egg in large bowl; stir well. Pour into the Crock pot. Cover and cook on High for 3 to 3 and 1/2 hours or until done. This can be served as a side dish or an appetizer for dipping.
