3 cups natural style apple juice 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch nutmeg Pinch allspice
In saucepan combine all ingredients and cook over moderate heat, stirring until sugar has dissolved about 3 minutes. Pour into 8” square pyrex dish and freeze till icy-scrape with fork and return to freezer. To serve, scrape with fork and serve shavings or slushy.
