One large bunch of broccoli, cut
lb. of bacon
c. raisins
c. walnuts
large red onion, sliced or chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
2 T. white vinegar
c. sugar
2 T. hot bacon drippings

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Mix all ingredients except crumbled bacon and refrigerate in an airtight dish overnight. Add bacon right before you serve the salad.

Martha's recipe calls for no walnuts; 1 c. miracle whip instead of mayo and 1/3 c. sugar instead of 1/4 c.
