2 cups zucchini
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups flour
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and zucchini together. Add dry ingredients. Add vanilla and nuts. Grease and flour 2 bread pans. Bake 1 to 1 hours at 350 degrees.
