Head of Cabbage

Syrup:
1/4c vinegar
3/4c sugar

1/2tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
If using head of cabbage (chop up). Rinse in a bowl of water and add salt, allow this to sit for 2 hours)
Otherwise it is OK to use a 16 oz pkg of chopped cole slaw (do not soak in water and salt)

Syrup:
Boil vinegar and sugar.
Than add celery seed.
Cool
Pour onto cabbage, keep refrigerated.
