1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 egg
1 c. sour milk (1tsp vinegar to 1c.milk)
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c. rhubarb (cut up)
2 c flour

Topping:
1/2 c white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together place in 9 X 13 pan
Sprinkle topping onto cake. before baking.
350 for 35-40 min.
