2 c. All Bran cereal 1 c. Flax meal (ground) 2 1/2c. water 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 box (low fat) chocolate brownie mix
Soak cereal and flax with milk for 5 min. Add baking powder and brownie mix to cereal. Bake at 350 15min. Do not use paper liners. Frosting: Lite/fat free coolwhip Okay to mix dry sugar free pudding in with coolwhip for added flavor.
