Mix #1 ingredients with mixer. Than add #2 ingredients. Stir only till blended. Place in 9X12 inch pan. Bake 350 for 25-30min. Frosting: Cream sugar and margarine than add milk and vanilla. Mix and whip on high speed until grainy. Put on warm bars.
