8 flour tortillas
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 T. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 (15 oz.) can ranch style beans
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can rotel tomatoes
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 2 qt. casserole dish and line with tortillas which have been cut in half. Brown meat with onion, drain. Add seasonings. Then toss in the beans and mix well. Pour this mixture over the tortillas. Mix soup and rotel in bowl, then pour over meat mixture. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 min. Serve with tortilla chips.
