1 pkg. Lemon Cake mix
1 (sm.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. lemon extract
1 (6-oz.) can apricot nectar
4 eggs, separated

Icing:

1 c. confectioner's sugar
2 lemons, juiced

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites in a small dish till stiff. Then combine the cake mix with other ingredients in a larger bowl; beat with an electric mixer for about two min. Add egg whites and fold them in. Pour into a greased tube pan and bake at 315 for 50 min. Prepare icing by combining sugar and lemon juice; pour over hot cake.
