1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 squares semi-sweet or dark chocolate
1 cube butter
1 tsp. or less pure peppermint flavoring or vanilla flavoring, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients in microwave safe container. Cook on high for three minutes, stopping each minute to stir vigorously. Add desired flavoring and serve.

This is a very easy, but very tasty hot fudge and our family's favorite. It stores well and is great on vanilla, homemade ice cream as well as crepes, waffles, and anything else you might like with chocolate. Be sure to stir it well after each minute of cooking.
