6 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
3/4 stick butter
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 egg beaten
3 tbsp milk
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken cutlets until quite thin. Dip in egg and milk mixture. Roll in bread crumbs . Melt butter in pan,add chicken and brown.Add boiling water with 2 boullion cubes and lemon juice. Cook at medium until sauce boils. Reduce heat to simmer. Cook 45 minutes.
