1 qt. milk
1 (12-oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs, well-beaten
1 c. sugar
4 T. cornstarch (dissolved in 6 T. water)
2 tsp. vanilla
soda crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch with water. Cook milk and evaporated milk until it begins to simmer. Add cornstarch and stir for 15 min. or until milk begins to thicken. Add well-beaten eggs and sugar and cook for 2 more min. Cook and add vanilla. Layer soda crackers in glass dish and pour mixture over each layer.

She is the granddaughter of the late Jack & Dorothy (Bellew) Hollenshead. Kimberly contributed this recipe from her grandmother's recipe collection.
