1 cup mayo
1 medium onion chopped
2 cups shredded co-jack cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
12 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled.
1 round loaf of bread, something crusty is best, does not work as well with Hawaiian type bread.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in hollowed out bread loaf. Wrap tightly in foil and bake for 45-50 minutes at 350.
