1 cup mayo 1 medium onion chopped 2 cups shredded co-jack cheese 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese 1 clove garlic 12 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled. 1 round loaf of bread, something crusty is best, does not work as well with Hawaiian type bread.
Mix all ingredients together and place in hollowed out bread loaf. Wrap tightly in foil and bake for 45-50 minutes at 350º.
