Ingredients:
12 oz. box spinach fettuccine
1/4 pound prosciutto (shaved deli ham is fine too!)
3 tbsp. butter
1 cup half and half
1 cup shredded parmesan
1 cup frozen peas, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to the pkg. directions. While the pasta is cooking slice the ham into ribbon-like pieces. Separate the pieces and set aside. Preheat a large skillet and melt the butter. Add the half-and-half and the cheese. Stir constantly and cook for 1 minute, season with salt and pepper and remove from heat. Add cooked pasta, ham and peas and toss to coat.

Personal Notes:
We make this with fat free half-and-half with great results.
