1 lb. broccoli crowns, separated into "trees"
1 lb. penne pasta
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup fresh, grated parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to pkg. directions. At the same time, cook the broccoli for about 5 minutes or until tender. Put the oil and butter in a large serving bowl. Add the hot, drained pasta and broccoli and sprinkle with the cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste and toss well.
