1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 unbeaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
3 c. chopped apples
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil, sugar and eggs together. Stir in vanilla, nuts and apples. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and soda. Stir dry ingredients into batter until well blended, Pour into greased 13x9x2 pan. Add topping. Bake at 350 oven for 30-40 minutes

Topping - 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 cup nuts. Sprinkle on top before baking.
