1 (9 oz) Package Fresh Cheese Tortellini
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
1/4 Cup Pepperoncini Peppers (chopped)
1/4 Cup Calamata Olives (sliced)
2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil (chopped)
2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Feta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions omitting salt and fat. While pasta cooks, combine tomatoes, pepperoncini and olives. Add pasta, lemon juice, and olive oil to tomato mixture; toss gently. Sprinkle with basil and feta cheese.
Serve immediately.
