2 lb. medium size fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
vegetable cooking spray
1/2 c. pine nuts, toasted
1 plum tomato, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Spray asparagus lightly with cooking spray and arrange in an aluminum foil lined pan.

Bake 425' for 7 - 10 minutes. Sprinkle with pine nuts and tomatoes
