Ingredients:  
2 cups sifted, all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup plus1 tablespoon shortening
1/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt together. Remove 1/3 cup flour mixture, add to water and stir to make a smooth paste. Cut shortening into dry flour mixture until crumbly. Add flour-water paste and blend in. Shape dough into ball. Roll out on floured surface.
