12 oz broccoli florets, blanched
2 chicken breasts, poached
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 oz cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs
Topping: bread crumbs or crushed crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Put broccoli and diced chicken in a 3 L ovenproof casserole dish. Mix mayonnaise and soup together. Pour over the broccoli/chicken. Put the cheese on top, then the 2 beaten eggs. Top with bread crumbs or crackers. Put a little melted butter on top.

Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
