1 lb. Tilapia Fillet
2 T. butter
2-3 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. cajun seasoning
1-1/2 tsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
lemon pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saute pan over medium heat; saute all ingredients except for fish for 2-3 minutes.
Add fish, adjust heat to medium high. Brown on each side 4 minutes per side. Do not overcook fish. Serve w/ lemon slice.
